Why are the windows left wet?
The purified water is designed to dry naturally. Removing the minerals found in normal tap water allows it to dry without the same mineral spotting.
Are the frames and sills cleaned?
Yes. The glass, surrounding frames and accessible exterior sills are included in the normal window cleaning service.
Do I need to be at home?
Usually not, provided we have safe access to the windows being cleaned and any gates are unlocked.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain does not normally prevent pure-water cleaning. A visit may be rearranged where severe weather, strong winds or unsafe conditions make the work unsuitable.
Do you use ladders?
Most windows are cleaned from ground level using water-fed poles. Any windows that cannot be accessed safely will be identified when quoting.
